## Payments & Billing

SalesHog is a paid subscription service with monthly and yearly billing. All payments are processed securely through Polar, a third-party payment processor. SalesHog does not directly collect, store, or process payment card details. Subscriptions are billed in USD at the beginning of each billing period. Charges on a bank or card statement appear under Polar's billing name.

- **June 14, 2026 — Connect MCP tools to your Agent**: Connect the SalesHog Agent to personal AI assistants through MCP, including Claude, OpenClaw, Poke, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible tools.
- **June 13, 2026 — Introducing the SalesHog Agent**: The Agent reads signals and mentions, drafts outreach, and sends it only after the user approves. The manual dashboard workflow remains available.
- **June 11, 2026 — Team access for Business plans**: Business users can invite team members, collaborate in real time, and share their workspace.

## Refund Policy

SalesHog subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started because access to monitoring, alerting, and outreach features begins when payment is confirmed. If a free trial is offered, it can be canceled during the trial without charge. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period; access continues through the period already paid for.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors caused by SalesHog, verified unauthorized charges, or material service unavailability caused by an extended outage on SalesHog's end, potentially prorated for downtime. Refunds are not generally provided for a change of mind, underuse or non-use, cancellation after renewal, or downgrading mid-cycle.

To request a refund, email support@saleshog.co with the account email address, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief explanation. SalesHog aims to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank. Payments and refunds are processed through Polar.
